I got my pc running again after a few years of it being out of commission with more ram and a new GPU (specs at the bottom of the post) and the first game I try out is Blood Dragon. No matter what the graphics settings are I can't seem to get the frame rate in an exterior area to get higher than 40 and when there's action or a dense interior area I can expect the frame rate to go into the 20s
