Go to the Hangar and pick one of the planes. Go slow and tail him, and he wont be able to lose you if you dont mess with the speed. Dont throttle up or down at all, otherwise he'll be able to do some crazy manuevers, fly at you, etc. You'll follow behind him for awhile and he cant escape unless you mess up a turn.
So far, it has been a blast and I have been flying though it. All that progress has come to a stop as I cannot continue. I've collected the 13,000 xp needed for John Seed to fight with me, and my map says "meet John Seed in Falls End". When I go there, no one is there except the bartender who is wandering aimlessly.

Once During The same mission Both John's plane and My Helicopter were severely damaged. My Helicopter was in flames so I released set of Missiles without Aiming properly and Ejected my self immediately.I saw John coming down in Parachute after few seconds. I wasn't sure what happend but I thought Missiles hit his plane.
