Therevell is meh but their glue is good i use the list below klein flush cutter you get a pack of 5 for 10$ A scalpel I kind of like the vallejo brush and the da-vinci brush (those ain't that cheap) for glue i use the cazy glue/gorilla instand and wood glue for building my base (fixing the model on them if i use bottle cap)
Revellkits are both great for beginners, and sometimes not so great for beginners. You can learn how to overcome kit deficiencies, which are frankly everywhere, amd you can also hone your skills on less expensive models. Once you feel comfortable really paying for quality, there are options. 7.
Oneis made by Hasegawa and the other by Revell. Academy’s kit is very good too but it’s part of their snap-fit series which means it doesn’t offer as much detail as the Hasegawa and Revell kits. Jimis correct the larger of the two kits is H-366. Its double the size of the H-327.The latter being scaled at 1/96.The larger kit is probably around 1/50 or so.When looking for it on Ebay its a lot of times listed as 24" Mayflower.Tom Graham's book "Remembering Revell Model Kits" has the H-366 as reissue of H-327 but I've only seen the larger
